Yes, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. If the delivery is missed, we will try to contact you, but if unsuccessful, the product will be returned and a redelivery fee charged.
In most cases, our drivers will take care of unloading your items safely next to your kerbside. However, there are times when the customer must manage the unloading, particularly for products exceeding 300kg. Should you need assistance or guidance for such situations, our customer service team is readily available to support you.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placement, given that it hasn't been dispatched. If cancelled within this period, a full refund will be processed.
We offer a 14-day return window from the receipt of your item. Returns are valid if the product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept any returns or refunds on items marked as bespoke or non-returnable.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. All returns must reach our warehouse within the 14-day period.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. Refunds are issued within 10 working days to the original payment method, should the return be approved.
All refunds exclude the delivery fee and a 10% handling fee will be applied to cover the cost of restocking.
Exchanges are accepted within 14-days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for exchanges, but the 10% handling fee is waived.
Upon delivery, we ask that you meticulously inspect your new skylight. If you identify any faults or damages, please notify us straight away. We are dedicated to resolving such issues promptly.
