How much will delivery cost?

When will my HorizonLite arrive?

Check the lead time for your selected size and the delivery service available at checkout. Deliveries take place on weekdays. Ask our team if you are working towards a particular installation date.

Can I choose an express service?

Express options are available for certain products and addresses. Check the services offered at checkout, or contact our team with your size and postcode.

Can I collect instead?

Yes. Call us to arrange collection from our Meldreth warehouse, Monday–Friday between 10am and 3pm. Confirm your order is ready before travelling.

Will your driver lift the rooflight onto the roof?

No. Delivery is to the kerbside. Arrange onward handling and lifting with your installer, taking account of your selected rooflight’s overall size and weight.

What if something is damaged when it arrives?

Inspect the order at handover and contact our team straight away if anything appears damaged. Have your order number and photographs ready so we can help.
