Shipping policy

We offer three types of delivery for all our in-stock items:

• Express (1-2 working days)
• Standard (3-5 working days)
• Economy (6-12 working days)

Lead times for custom sizes and sold out units are usually 3-4 weeks.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on postcode entered and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over £2000 within mainland England only and within 25 miles of our warehouse (SG8 6JP).

Do you deliver on weekends?

No, we don't. Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm, but they may be delayed up to 8pm due to traffic.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. We provide tracking links for all our deliveries.

Can I collect my skylight?

Yes, of course. We're open for collections 10am-3pm Monday-Friday at our warehouse address in Meldreth.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

It is required that someone be present at delivery to inspect and sign for it. In the event that the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept your product, we will try and contact you via phone and text. We will leave a voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address.

If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse and charge a 25% restocking fee.

Can you lift the skylight onto my roof?

No. We deliver curbside only, and our drivers are not insured to enter your property.
