PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
For a smooth and hassle-free delivery, please note that we require either you or one of your builders to be on-site for the acceptance of our products. This is because our drivers work alone and our products are pre-loaded in our warehouse.
To ensure safety, our deliveries are curbside and our drivers will not be able to assist in carrying, lifting or moving the skylights onto your property. Depending on the size and weight of the product (ranging from 14kg to 280kg), two, four, or even six people may be required for unloading. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the unloading process, as this is the responsibility of the customer.
If we are unable to contact you upon delivery, we will leave a voicemail at the delivery address before our driver departs. In the event that we are unable to reach you, we will have no choice but to return the product to our warehouse and charge a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that after delivery, we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during storage, handling, and installation. It is the responsibility of the homeowner or installer to ensure safe and proper handling of the skylights.
